But during the 30 day guarantee period, we'll do whatever it takes to ensure you're happy with your purchase…from exchanging a model to promptly refunding your money. No questions asked.

So when you get a package from us, make sure it fits. Check the features and functions. If it's not what you expected, doesn't fit, or whatever, we'll make it right within 30 days. If you decide you dont want a particular item, we'd be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us and then ship the item back. It's pretty simple. Please use the following steps so we can take care of you!

To receive your Return Authorization number, please send an email to info@customparts4less.com. We will honor the date on the email as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase. Unless it was obviously our mistake (i.e. we sent the wrong item), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Upon receipt of your email, we'll promptly give you a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address of our nearest warehouse location.

Package your product well (It must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals and any warranty cards (not filled out), and all original accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the manufacturer’s package; we reserve the right to refuse any such returns).

Mark the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box. We cannot accept any packages without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box! Ship the item back to us by the cheapest way (we prefer by air mail). When we've received your package, we will credit your bankcard for the full amount of the goods. Please take good note shipping costs will not be credited unless it was our mistake. If it's an exchange, we will promptly send your new item out to you.
